A Little Personal Info
Stage Manager at large
Working as a Stage Manager gave me transferable skills for almost any setting, the confidence to speak to a crowd, the skill to be direct and clear with people at all levels, chaos and crisis management expertise, and many many fun memories

Why Three Minute Call?

In Stage Management, you give the cast a series of ‘calls’ before the show starts. I gave a three minute call to a bunch of opera singers. This does not exist, and they thought it was funny I was doing it wrong

But the cast came to rely upon it. It worked better for them than the usual flow. 'Three Minute Call' reminds me that going off script and doing things differently is often a strong path to choose
